My approach to therapy includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused modalities. In addition, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. To learn more about EMDR, click on the link https://www.emdria.org/about-emdr-therapy/
